Hi All
I’ve just purchased an AP230 from a 2nd hand resellers in the UK.
Tried to add to my Extreme Cloud IQ (is that what we call it?) and got the dreaded:
“the device appears to be in use by another VIQ.” message
Is there a way to have the serial released?
I’ve contacted the retailer, too, and can provide proof of purchase.
