Removing expired AP

Removing expired AP

Hi,

Current situation, i have a total of 7 AP managed in pilot EXIQ.

3 AP have already expired.

4 AP still have valid license.

however, the EXIQ still detects all 7 AP, but remove 3 AP that is expired from the AP list. therefore preventing me removing the AP totally from the EXIQ.

Next, with this issue at hand, i cant even configure or make changes to the policy on the existing 4 AP.

can anybody help me on this matter.

thank you.

Hi Haziq, if you can email me your VHM ID (found in Global Settings> VHM Management> Top line starting with VHM-), I can see about generating a temporary key for you so you can move your unlicensed devices out of that instance. Alternatively, if you want to send me the serial numbers of the APs that are no longer licensed, I can remove them from their current instance for you so you can add them elsewhere. If you’d like to email me directly, please feel free to reach out to community@extremenetworks.com.
