Hello @SamPirok, I bought a SR2024P switch on eBay. 

When trying to onboard the device into my Extreme Cloud IQ it gives the error message.

"The device appears to be in use by another VIQ."

Here is the serial number and error message.

Here is my eBay confirmation information.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and for providing that screenshot. I found the old record causing that error, but I was unable to remove the old record; which means we need a dev ops ticket to get that record cleared for you. If you can open a support ticket on our Extreme Portal under the Support Tab, and mention to them that the 'redirector record is stuck and we need a dev ops ticket to release it', they should be able to take care of you. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful here. Please let me know if you have any other questions I can assist with.
