I have a hivemanager NG version 11.26 with five administrator accounts, when I want to create a new user the following appears: Unable to send welcome message with login instructions to "count@email.com.mx", which is the reason for this error ?
I have a hunch. It could be that the Hivemanager can't handle two dots in the domain part of the email address. Theoretically it should work, but you might try it with another mail address. If this is a bad guess just dismiss it.
