With devices that are on firmware versions older than 6.1r6, we need to upgrade to 6.1r6, then 6.2r1. After that you can jump to any later version. We’ll also need to get the AP up to at least version 6.5r3 in order to update it via ExtremeCloud IQ. I will email you directly with instructions on how to find the firmware files you need.
