Where to download the firmware:IQ engine for AP305C?

The AP305C is not responding suddenly even when it's accessed via console. The response when the power given while the console cable was connected gave an output in the attached image.

So we're trying to upload the firmware via USB. Is there any possibility? and where can we download the firmware?
