how to configure Meraki IPSK and NAC

I want that wireless client form a Meraki wireless network authenticate to  NAC controle with PSK and MAC. In the Meraki envoirment they configured IPSK and Radius.

How can I expand the Meraki VSA file?
does anyone have the knowledge how to do this? or where I can find some documents?

You can view the current Meraki vsa's in control, configuration/Vendor radius attributes.
