have a 7100 series switch that is in production. Can log in with rw account but cannot change the admin pw

IF SNMP access is available, there should be a backup/restore configuration wizard. Offload the config, modify it without the Admin parameters under SYSTEM, and the push the configuration back into the 7100.

What version of NMS/XMC are you using?
