Upgrade path for ERS3500 series

Hi,

I want to know if we can upgrade directly upgrade  from firmware v5.3.0.004 to firmware v5.3.15.003 for ERS3526T, ERS3549GTS ?

Or from firmware v5.3.0.004 to firmware v5.3.16 for ERS3526T, ERS3549GTS ?

To the best of my knowledge there were no upgrade path restrictions for the ERS3500 series. 

You can always open a ticket to make certain.

But as someone else already stated, you must upgrade the FW/DIAG version before the SW/Image version.

Hi Mirhan, 

You have to upgrade both Diag and image files but yes you can go directly from 5.3.0 to 5.3.15 (or 5.3.16). 

Check the Release note to find information about upgrade path.

If no warning are present and upgrade path section is blank, you can upgrade to. Check all release between yours and the target.
