Abnormal fan speed

FanTray information:

State: Operational

NumFan: 4

Fan-1: Operational at 11000 RPM

Fan-2: Operational at 11000 RPM

Fan-3: Operational at 11000 RPM

Fan-4: Operational at 11000 RPM

But full speed have to be in 30C temperature.

(I know that fan speed is controllin from other temp controller, but it's can't be so beeg difference beetween 2 controllers)

With my temperature there have to be half-spees of fans.

Any ideas?

In this article temperature shown 28,5C - which is near 30C - and it is normal when temp controller0 and controller1 can have not so big difference.

But in my case temperature 12C.
