I can't find ReleaseNotes of XOS 15.6.2.12-patch1-1 in Download-Portal.
Only Release Notes for non patched 15.6.2.12.

Is it possibility to see in eSupport is S/N of switch have valid service contract?
Because there is situations when for S/N last soft is avaliable but there is no valid service contract (contact is end before newer soft is appear)

There is I can see a lot of items that "No support" and only 2 items with valid support.
This is can't be true - I work in Ukraine's distributor and we have a lot of sold items. ))) All items solds with PartnerWork service.

It's possible that the ones you're looking for are associated with a different site ID in our system than the one(s) you have access to. GTAC should be able to help fix this for you.
