Cannot backup file(primary.cfg) to solarwinds tftp server.

Hi,

I am trying to upload the primary.cfg from the X460G2 stacking switch.

And I cannot uplaod the configuration file to the tftp server from the switch but I can uplaod the policy files to the server.

Slot-1 X460G2.6 # tftp put 157.110.132.111 vr "VR-Default" primary_bak_202012.cfg X460G2_test_primary.cfg

Error: timeout

What I see the following messages on the Solarwinds TFTP server.
Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong?

No, I am not using the jumbo frames on the switch.

Any chance you are using jumbo frames on the switch and not on the tftp server ?

Otherwise make a wireshark trace and see what is going wrong.
