If you want to copy blocks of config with say for eample EAPS statements I want to stop the box asking me,
Do you really want to add these ports? (y/N) No
there's a way of doing this but I cannot remember

Simon,
Specifically for EAPS there is also the following command:
X430-8p.1 # conf eaps config-warnings
off config-warnings disabled
on config-warnings enabled

Hi Simon,
I believe the command you're looking for is
X440-8p.1 # disable cli prompting
prompting If disabled, all CLI user prompts automatically continue with the default answer. Default is prompting enabled.
