cisco ip phone with ip-s dhcp option 82 fail

From above that ip phone can't get ip address from dhcp server but if that violation change to none then can get IP address from dhcp server but that dhcp option 82 not appended

That data vlan can get IP address and that option 82 information can found on DHCP server
CIsco IP Phone use Tag vlan
so if i use dhcp-snooping with violation action then ip phone can't get any ip address but if don't use violation then it can get IP address but that option 82 information can't found in DHCP Server
Because User Guide say violation none only monitor role

Is the phone getting an ip address in the voice vlan or in the data vlan?

also is the phone expecting tagged traffic or untagged traffic?
