Can I create an ACL and apply to a port to restrict traffic? Switch type is Summit 200-48 running firmware ver 7.1e.2. (Summit Stack ver 15.3.5.2)

Layer 2-4 ACLs are possible - but maybe only with "Advanced Edge software".
