connection with X2-10GB-LR &  Extreme 10302 is not coming up. we tried with tx/rx swap also we used multiple SM/MM cables.

So I want to know is there any other dependency other than frequency like protocol & standards or signaling rate?

X2-10GB-LR should be compatible with Extreme 10302.

X2-10GB-LX4 is not compatible with both of them. Afaik this XFP uses CWDM. So you would need a CWDM SFP+ on the other end.
