I don't do dot1x on EXOS often but first what you could do to see:
- show netlogin radius
- show netlogin port
- show config
This will allow us to see if there could be any misconfiguration on the switch side (like authentication optional instead of required, like authentication mode not enabled on the port etc.).
On the other hand, do you use Windows NPS, Extreme Access Control, FreeRADIUS or else? In events/logs you should see if something different could go wrong (like your authenticating device supplicant tries to check the AAA server certificate while it's not there or it is not trusted, or is there supplicant/AAA authentication methods mismatch).
I think you should describe us the issue more thoroughly so we can assist you further.
