Erro:STP.InBPDU.Drop log messages

Erro:STP.InBPDU.Drop log messages

On one of our X590 ports that face our ISP's elan (10 gig ring) we are seeing these logs:

<Erro:STP.InBPDU.Drop> Port=2:16: No associated STP port for STP Domain tag 0 (Rate-limited)

sh port 2:16 vid
Untagged
Port /Tagged VID(s)
-------- -------- ------------------------------------------------------------
2:16 Untagged None
Tagged 102

Vlan 102 is an ip routeable network that peers with other switches in other locations.  We use OSPF to route from site to site using VLAN 102 as the transport.

I found an article about this message here about turning up logging:
https://extreme-networks.my.site.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000090966&q=no%20associated%20stp%20port%2...

When I did that, here's what is in the log:

Can anyone decode what exactly this means?
