Hello All,

I have X480 and i want to upgrade to version summitX-16.1.4.2-patch1-7 but when download image appear this error

Error: Failed to download image - tftp: write error

You can use the same version it just has to be the one specifically created for the x480. this can be downloaded from the support portal just like the summitX software.

Hello Susana,

You will need to download the version specifically for the x480. I believe in 15.6 and above they started making a separate version for just these switches.
