Error: Failed to spawn processing thread for new shell!

Not able to do login BD8806 running on 16.2.2.4-patch1-3. It is not possible to login using SSH, telnet and even console on active MSM

Tried logging from standby MSM to active, but it also throw the same error
Error: Failed to spawn processing thread for new shell!

So planned one MW to reseat the active MSM.

This link shows some bug but it is for old EXOS releases. As the issue is seen on 16.2 also, does it mean that that bug still exists?

Is there anything possible to do something on standby MSM to collect the logs/information to identify the problematic area and thus moving forward for the fix.

I have the same problem. but it only allows me to have an active telnet session, if someone else tries to access it shows the error "Error: Failed to spawn processing thread for new shell!"

I could not solve it.
