On my x620-16x L3 switch I have enabled ssh2, created the keys, and assigned them to the user successfully. My issue is that I want to make it so regular logins work just fine.
For example I can just type in ssh -l administrator 172.22.22.22 and it will let me put in the password and log in. I can also use putty to connect via the same account with the .ppk key method.
Is there a way to do that require the ppk method?

Hello Jon,
Yes there is. Go to the manual here:

Hey StephanH. I’ve read the manual section a few times and I still didn’t see anything explicitly turning off user password authentication via ssh. Do you have any more info on it?
