Hello,

Make sure the SNMP version configured on the EXOS switch matches exactly what FortiNAC expects (v1, v2c, or v3).FortiNAC often prefers SNMPv2c or SNMPv3 — check which version is configured on both ends.Verify that the community string (for SNMP v1/v2c) is set correctly on EXOS and FortiNAC.Community string is case-sensitive and must match exactly. For SNMPv3, check user name, authentication and privacy protocols and passwords.
