Few IP phones disconnecting frequently connected to extreme switch

We have few IP phones connected to extreme switch , single port carries both voice and data vlan. Both voip abd data have static it's. All Ports are configured as tag for voice and untag for data. Some pc's and printers are directly connected to switch ports (not through phones) and have static IP configured from data vlan. Is there any possibility of above causing few phones to hang....?

What else could cause such an issue ..... no changes done on switches .....

Do you know if all phones hang at same time?

1: yes they automatically start working 2: yes same phones 3: all happens so fast , hangs and comes up, no chance of ping. 4: not checked 5: all happens so fast , hangs and comes up, no chance of ping. 6: all happens so fast , hangs and comes up, no chance of ping.

Few questions:
- Those phones hang and start working again without any action or you have to do something like a reboot?
- Is that always related to the same phones? Only those 4?
- When the phones hang, can you ping them?
- Can you see the FDB entries during the issue?
- Does the PC still work when the phone hangs?
- Can you ping the PC when the phone hangs?
