We have a Summit x440-24t switch with AVB support which we use for demos where multiple computers are connected and synchronized using gPTP. We had this capability working on the switch for the past 5-6 years. I am trying to test an updated version of the application on the computers and running into gPTP being disabled on the switch. How do I enable gPTP on each of the ports given that AVB is already enabled?

Hi Drew, I updated the switch firmware to 16.2.5.4 but am still running into the same issue. See log below. All setup instructions I have seen just mention 2-3 commands to get it started, I tried setting up the clock and peer-delay but it does not seem to help. Note, I bought the AVB feature pack license and enabled the license on the device

Just wanted to update, I solved this by ensuring neighour-threshold is high enough so NRR is <1.0

HI Sangeeta,
The first thing I would recommend is using a proper release version of EXOS and not a beta version. EXOS 15.2.0.26 is not supported in any way.
Either v16.2.5.4-patch1-3 (to be posted soon) or v16.2.4.5-patch1-8 are the recommended versions.
