How could "configure ospf vlan Vxxx priority 0" strings automatically appear in BD or X8 configuration?

Hello, everybody!
I've noticed a strange issue:
Strings like this:
configure ospf vlan V251 priority 0
configure ospf vlan V3000 priority 0
appeared in my BD8806 and X8 confs.
I do not use any dynamic routing protocols and I've never configured ospf here.
Could you please explain this?
There are MLAG, VRRP and inter-vlan routing for all vlans on my switches.
Many thanks in advance,
Ilya

Александр, спасибо!
Но откуда оно само-то появляется? При том, для разных виланов - для каких-то есть, для каких-то - нет. Не могу закономерность понять.

Hello, Ilya!
When you configure priority by your hands - default priority is 1 (till 255).
Priority 0 mean that the router is the router isnever selected as the designated router or backup designated router.
Thank you!
