What are you trying to accomplish with this configuration? What hardware are you using? How are these devices connected? Are you trying to create some redundant network topology?

just create IP interfaces on one router/routing switch for all the networks. they will form direct attached routes in the routing table and inter vlan routing will work.

or if you want to route them seperately create the direct attached routes on each of them, run OSPF over it and allow it to redistribute direct attached routes.
