i have 2 summit x440-48p-10G here without stacking modules, i saw that to enable stacking in xOS you just need to enter "enable stack" but this command is not present in the switch with version 15.1.3.4, is x440 stackable?

Yes, use port 49 and 50 for stacking.

You can find this information in concept guide EXOS 15.4 page # 144, Table 23: Summit Family Switch Support for Alternate Stack Ports.

Yes Summit X440-48p-10G supports stacking. Please follow below procedure
enable stacking-support
save & reboot
enable stacking
