It looks like I do have an issue with configuration of ntp on the outband interface.
ntp is configured with peer IPs but it stucks still in INIT.
reason seems to be enable ntp on vlan MGMT which has an IP but this is not recognised by enable vlan.

Error: VLAN Mgmt is not assinged with IP address.
