problem with Config Booted on summit x450-g4

when i configured switch this save configuration but if the switch reboot lost the configuration, i can see this configuration in the switch:

Can you explain the order of events? Config, Bootrom, Reboot?
unconfigure switch all will factory restore the configuration in exos. This is assuming you can login.

i need to restore to factory and in enterasys this was the procedure and i suppose that the process was the same

Can you explain to me why the bootrom was accessed? Was this after it didn't boot into the config or before?
