Should I configure ELRP on ports that have been setup with LACP? I have 2 Summit switches with MLAG, and ports 48 on each switch are set for LACP. A server will have a connection to each port. Or will ELRP disable the port by default.

The recommended ELRP configuration would be to configure on all the ports for all the VLANs. I would then exclude any uplink ports to another switch so ELRP will not disable those ports if a loop is found. Here is an article that explains this a little better:

Hope this helps!
