ssh connection refused to switch but ssh is enabled on management

One switch in particular isn't allowing ssh connections, it doesn't show anything on switch logs, SSH is enabled with no access profiles, the private key is present and the switch configuration is the same as other switches.
Could someone advise of a troubleshooting step that doesn't involved reboot, ive run ssh update command with no change.

yes the ssh module you installed doesnt need a reboot.
but It always works once you restart the exsshd process.

Ah, looked like a different issuse, restarting just exsshd did the trick, thanks
