Stacking A Pair of 5520-48W-EXOS - Software Version and Partition Mis-match

Hi,
I'm new to Extreme Networks.
I have a pair of 5520's (5520-48W) that I want to stack and it's my first time doing so. I've read that in order to do so, I need to first check to ensure the partition is the same and the software version too. Currently my two units look like this:

They have the correct software versions but it's on different partitions. How would I go about changing it so that the same software versions are on the same partitions? I inherited these two switches from someone else so I don't know how they got into this state sorry.

Hopefully it's an easy fix.

Thanks,

Martin

Hi,

You may be able to run the command "synchronize slot <SLOT NUMBER THAT DOESNT MATCH>".

That will synchronize the firmware from the master to the slot specified in the correct partition.  That will cause a reboot of the slot referenced in the command to finish the process.

Thanks,
