Well, X670G2 is based on Broadcom Trident II.
This is not a secret or whatever if you compare X670G2 technical specifications with broadcom family chipsets 

The only way we will provide this information is through a presentation we can not send you a hard copy of the specs. The best avenue is to contact your team and see if PLM can give you a presentation via web on the layout.
We typically do not share any design specs as you can imagine this is very sensitive information.

This is information we generally don't share publicly. Sometimes the sales guys can share under NDA. Your best bet is to check with them via email.
