Is this switch part of a stack? or Has it been taken from a stand-alone switch?
- If its from a stand-alone switch, chances are there EEPROM files could have been corrupted.
Kindly open a case with GTAC. So, we could guide you in collecting the files from the debug-mode and check if it is being corrupted?
