Version 22.1.1.4 default tacacs shared secrets change daily

Just started to upgrade to 22.1.1.5 and noticed that our daily archive picks up a change to the switches configuration everyday..... This seems to be caused by the shared secrets changing everyday. We are upgrading so that EMC will work for changing VLANS. Is there a way to stop this tacacs behavior.

I could see that this behavior is different from 22.3.1.4

In TACAS, NetLogin, and SNMPv3, encrypted form of configured password is changing after every save command.

PS. We do not use tacacs .
