I have one switch that I'm able to connect to web browser and others that I can't.

I'm looking for the command that should run in the others switch to enable the Browser connection.

Assuming you're talking about an EXOS switch, the command you're looking for is
code:
enable web http

Depending on EXOS version, you may get ScreenPlay or Chalet.
