We have some switches that have old policies on them, and I would like to remove the policies from the switches. I just want to make sure that I follow the proper procedure to remove them completely.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Stan

You can remove the policy file using the command "rm " but it is not needed.
It does not do anything, just a file on the filesystem.

Thanks for the quick response OscarK. Is that all that needs to be done, or does the .pol file need to be removed as well?

Unconfigure access-list would be the normal method to do that.
