I am trying to determine if I need a bootrom upgrade to resolve the sntp-client messages I have been receiving. I currently have the following Rev 6.0 BootROM: 1.0.2.1 IMG: 16.2.1.6. Is this more current as it is REV 6, than Rev 5.0 BootROM: 2.0.1.0 IMG: 15.2.2.7? Please advise

Hello Dean,
It is not necessary to upgrade the bootrom unless specified by GTAC. This is explained below:
https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/Q_A/Do-I-need-to-upgrade-bootrom-on-my-Summit-swi...
The revision is not connected to the bootrom and a bootrom upgrade will not resolve any EXOS related issue. I would recommend having GTAC or the HUB troubleshoot the sntp-client messages you have been receiving to determine what needs to be done.
