Yes is manageable via CLI, Telnet, SSH and SNMP, the default XOS license is Edge that support.
•Layer 2 switching with Layer 2-Layer 4 QoS, EAPS-edge, STP, RSTP, PVST+, 802.1s, etc.
•Basic Layer 3 routing capability for IPv4/IPv6 with RIPv1, v2, R.png
Upgradable
Advanced Edge, AVB and OpenFlow

Are there some speed limitation on X440-G2 related to L3 Switching (=routing)?
Or does this run with wirespeed like L2 switching ?
