My x670v seems to be stuck in a reboot loop.

Here’s me trying the diagnostic mode, unsuccessfully.

I’ve gone down that road to no success. Back to beating on my account manager to get me a quote for support so I can download the firmware.

This could potentially be due to corrupt image. Have you tried booting into the alternate partition?  You can do this via the Bootrom menu?

Default Image: 1

Your default Image is the currently booted image.  If 1, then boot into the secondary partition and vice-versa:

BootRom > boot 2

If this doesn’t help, you could try installing a new image via the Bootrom menu.  This process is documented in the following KB article:
