Hello everyone,
I'm new to Enterasys/Extreme Networks equipment in general but I come from a Cisco background. In all of the production C5 switches I have worked with so far at this site - when I do a "show arp" command, there is only the host entry in the table. These C5's do not have routing enabled and are pretty bare bones. CDP is enabled. The C5's are connected to S1 routers via fiber. Is there a reason for this? I'm used to being able to see an arp table in most devices. I feel like I'm fundamentally missing something here.
Firmware version is 06.42.06.0008.
The "sh mac" command works fine.

The secure stacks have two config modes:
It you want so see all ARP entries of the router you have to switch into router mode:
router
enable
show ip arpKind regards
