Hi Altaf,
Considering these are warnings the switch should function fine. I believe these are due to some type of eeprom corruption. are you seeing any network related issues? specifically with slot 6?
What you can try moving forward is power down the slot (during a MW of course) and re-seat any of the modules installed (if any). Just to make sure this isn't a hardware related issue please run diagnostics ("run diagnostics extended") on slot 6. I would also recommend upgrading the switch to the most recent recommended version of software for the x450e. This can be found in the article below:
https://gtacknowledge.extremenetworks.com/articles/Q_A/What-Is-The-Recommended-Release-of-EXOS-For-M...
I would recommend the latest patch of whatever base image is recommended in this document.
If you have performed these steps and are still seeing the logs please reach out to GTAC.
I hope this helps!

Hi Altaf,
Thank you for the information.
Are these warnings showing up continuously or is this the first time seeing them?
