There is any extreme switch model for outdoor environments that supports 55ºC temperatures?

I don't know of any Extreme XOS based switches that meet this requirement. Others can certainly correct me. Depending on your specific requirements and exposure that may be a couple EOS based (formerly Enterasys) switches - the D-series and I-series.
