Hi There
We have two X670G2-48x-4q and want to stack them to each other. we use V160 and easysetup according to following document. (EXOS version, License Level and Active Partition are same)
https://extremeportal.force.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000080493
we encountered some problems. after enable stacking switches (some time one of switches) crashes and goes reboot.
some of logs listed here:
unconfigure dispatch attach fail: bcm_attach client unit 9
Unable to set ECMP hash= 0 for slotNo 2 unit 9, â 0 rc -19
Slot-1: Slot-2 down, resetting all TCP connections to it
Slot-1: Module in Slot-2 is removed
Slot-1: initBCMChipTempSensors : Failed to initialize chip temperature sensors for slot Slot-2
Slot-1: ERROR4: attaching driver to slotNo 2 unit 0 remote 9, rc=-19
Slot-1: Unable to set L2/L3 Hash = 5 for slotNo 2 unit 9, rc -19
default EXOS version is: 15.6
we cleared NVRAM, upgraded to EXOS 16.1.3.6-patch1-9 and 16.1.3.1-Patch1-7 but again not works (crash and reboot).
please tell us which EXOS is compatible with stacking and what we should do.
Regards.

EXOS 16.1 is currently recommended for the X670-G2 switches, but the new 21.x and 22.x versions can be used as well.

is it right, that you use the 16.1.3.6 on the X670-G2?
I think only the new 21.X or higher is supported on that one.
Best Regards
