Unable to configure traps in netsight console, getting an message : "unable to find events in log file"

We recently purchased netsight software, and was able to discover all the switches and getting all events messages. But unable to get the traps and syslogs. Followed the procedure mentioned in document, but not helped. I am getting an warning message in traps window "unable to find events in log file" .
Request you to please support for getting the same.

The HUB is a forum for general discussions about ideas, problems and innovations. If you need substantial troubleshooting it would be prudent to open a case with GTAC which i assume has already been done. please share the case number so that i can check the current assignment details.
