5420M-48W-4YE-FabricEngine (9.0.3.0) changes RADIUS server IP address

We have some 5420M-48W-4YE-FabricEngine running 9.0.3.0. They are managed by XIQ-SE running 24.2.15.5. I have set the RADIUS server IP address for CLI and Web authentication to the IP of the XIQ-SE and I have set the RADIUS server IP address for eap to a separate RADIUS server to perform dynamic VLAN assignment.  When first configured under 8.10.3.0 there was no problem. Once upgraded to 9.0.3.0 the eap RADIUS server IP address changed on its own to match the XIQ-SE IP address as well as the IP address in the RADIUS dynamic authorization (RADIUS CoA) section.  When I try to delete the entry through the EDM GUI I get a warning that the RADIUS server does not exist.  When I try to enter the correct IP address for eap I get no warning but the entry does not appear.  Is there a problem with RADIUS in this release?
