Factory ERS5900 series FW SW Upgrade jump into latest firmware

Hi all,

it is possible to upgrade the firmware directly into the latest FW 7.8 version or need to have a staged upgrade?  eg:

1. Version 7.0 - 7.4 - Avaya
2. Version 7.5 - 7.8 - From Extreme

1. Default password security
2. VLAN ID 4060 - cannot be used

Yes, you can go directly from 7.0 to 7.8 but there are few considerations that you need to take care of. Refer to the release notes for 7.8.0 for details.
