VSP-7254 VLAN OSPF across a WAN link

VSP-7254 VLAN OSPF across a WAN link

Hello all,
I'm quite new to this so forgive me if this is an obvious question but I just wanted to know the best practice! I have a pair of VSP-7254s, one of which has a WAN link to another site. I have enabled OSPF on a specific VLAN I want to be seen across the WAN link. Does OSPF want enabling on the other VSP or is that not necessary given that the WAN link is on the other VSP?
Cheers

You only need OSPF on the VSP with the WAN link, but you will have to enable route redistribution if you want to inject OSPF routes into GRT and vice versa
