Hello, I'm looking for information about the 7522 access point, but I'd like to know if the device is discontinued and if there's a replacement.

Hello @brendav,
You may want look at the AP3000 and 5000 series. Those will require a firmware upgrade though. so AP310, AP410, AP305C, AP410C. AP510C, AP3000, AP5xxx.
EoL info can be found here: https://extreme-networks.my.site.com/ExtrArticleDetail?an=000091400
I hope this helps,

Yes, you may change add APs to your current deployment but firmware is key, what is the newest firmware for the old equipment that the new APs can use, if any.

Brendav,
The AP7522 went End of Sale in 2018, and reaches End of Support in October 2025. If you are running WiNG, the AP310i/e and AP410i/e do show as quotable in Extreme's quoting tool - however they may be getting ready to go End of Sale as well - no announcement on that, just my personal belief.
Thanks,
Bill
