Why license is need for V2110 to upgrade firmware to versio 9.xx ?

The v2110 license I have is WS-v2110-8-NAM. Might need to contact your rep with Extreme. I know that is what I had to do to upgrade from v8 to v9.

But on physical appliance have a license called 'WS-REG9P-ROW" and for v2110 not exist this part number.

Hello Luis,

For any major feature release upgrades, there is a new license required. (Version 7 to 8, 8 to 9, etc) This is available as part of your service contract and valid 8.x.x license. A new license can be requested through your Extranet account and licensing section.
